Customers
Our target customers include, but are not limited to, retail travel agencies, tour operators, and airlines. A majority of our customers are retail travel agencies. These agencies vary in size, from major companies with multiple branches to a one-man show fronting a desk in a shop. What unites them is their passion to provide the best services to their customers. They keep up with the changes within the industry, sometimes taking the lead to spearhead a certain trend, and aggressively market their products to the general public.
Another segment of our customers are composed of tour operators. As with the retail travel agencies, the operators also range from the mom-and-pop operations to a nationwide land operator with a fleet of vehicles and trained staff at their disposal. Usually, they will buy ground packages from other destinations from us, combine with their own air fare rates and utilize a pre-existing consortium of agents to promote these products.
The third kind of customer that we serve is the airlines. The usual arrangement involves the purchase of ground packages from us, which they will combine with their own air fares for sale. Sometimes, we also work with the airlines in partnership to create special packages custom-designed to suit their needs. Ad-hoc promotions are also one of the ways in which we cooperate with them.
Despite the multitude of backgrounds which our clients come from, all of them share certain of the same needs, which are Support, Service and Training. Clients look to us to provide them competitive rates, updated information about products and services as well as training on relevant systems and services.
Many of our clients are also hindered by funds and relevant skills and expertise to give themselves a competitive advantage on the Internet. Travel Suppliers
In order to provide sufficient support to our clients and fully cater to their needs and desires, we take upon ourselves to locate the best suppliers available within the industry. Some of these include inbound travel agencies, hotels, airlines, cruise companies and car rental companies to name a few. Many of the suppliers are specialists in their own fields. By amassing a growing list of travel specialists under one roof, we ensure that our customers’ needs are well-taken care of.
